Guilt-Free Egg-Roll

Sis,

One thing about me is I LOVE CHINESE FOOD! Like...REALLY LOVE IT!!

In 2018 I gained 35 pounds and I did it while I worked out for 2 hours a day, 5 days a week!!

WHOA!! Yes, WHOA!!!

I was trying so hard to "out-train a bad diet"...and guess what? OPRAH was right!!! YOU CAN'T!

I would leave the gym and call in my order at Chens Wok and they had my credit card, name, and order memorized!!

"Hey, Dr. Shannon....General Tso's shrimp, not spicy with shrimp fried rice, and shrimp egg roll"?

All I had to do was confirm 1 or 2...and 10 magical minutes later I had a delicious 2500 calorie meal to inhale...

UGGGHHH!!! Although those meals were delicious...the pounds I packed on were NOT!!

If I would've known about an "egg-roll in a bowl" recipe in that season..it would've saved me from those dreadful 35 pounds!!

This recipe from Happi Sammi is a delicious alternative that will help you kick that Chinese food craving...and keep you on track to getting that 6-pack!
